Digital Marketing Manager
PURPOSE: Our Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning & delivering Govox’s sales & marketing plan, helping the business meet key growth KPIs. Their duties include overseeing Govox’s digital communications strategy, managing marketing activities and lead generation campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to take a hands-on approach, to come onboard with an experienced leadership team and define and execute our Digital Marketing strategy.
Reporting into the CMO, they will manage Govox’s growth, working with the leadership team and our marketing associates, to establish Govox as the #1 Mental Health & Wellbeing Check In partner for Workplace, Education and Sports organisations globally.
Principally you will own our annual new business target. How will we achieve this through lead generation campaigns & marketing endeavours plus converting new business? How will we ensure we retain & renew loyal customers?
Bringing best practice to our business is also key to this role. We need an experienced DIgital Marketing Manager who can help us set up and run a new CRM programme, so that we have clear management reporting & forecasting.
This person will also be key in supporting our UK & International Growth partners through our reseller programme. Experience of setting up & working with channel partners will be key to this role.
Operational management in planning & delivering the annual marketing plan as agree with the CMO and Board of Directors.
Identifying strategic & tactical opportunities and pulling a business case together to justify additional investment or resource.
Manage an increasing number of online system demos & sales calls with business prospects and recording sales progress via the new CRM system.
Help design & automate the CRM system in partnership with our digital partners.
Manage all central marketing resources including case studies, sales packs and digital assets (in close partnership with our creative and digital partners).
Management of external digital & communications agencies, ensuring ongoing delivery to budget and to key project & campaign timelines.
Management reporting of all marketing activities with recommendations to the leadership team.
Organising events such as webinars, speaker opportunities, trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials, speakers, invitations etc….
Effectively plan & implement campaigns to increase customer acquisition.
Evaluating and improving lead generation campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary plans.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Degree level ideally in a business or marketing discipline, 5 years+ Digital Marketing experience, commercially focused with digital brand communications and lead generation campaigns, excellent copywriting skills, excellent communicator and a passionate connection to our social purpose.

£32,000 – £35,000 per year basic, depending on experience
