A personalised health and wellbeing report, based on a user’s check-in responses, offers helpful content and proven techniques for proactively making positive wellbeing changes.
If a colleague is struggling, our enhanced signposting functionality, directs them to additional employer’s support resources, including their Employee Assistance Programme.
When colleagues are identified as starting to struggle, early intervention & proactive signposting to these specialist support resources & counselling services are vital.

Promoting wellbeing among your people is vital if you’re to earn their buy-in and continued engagement and help them thrive. Leaders should be equipped to spot poor mental health and have a wellbeing strategy in place for recovery.
My Wellbeing Resources shows your people that they’re valued, supported and importantly, that employee wellbeing is central to your business values and culture.
What is My Wellbeing Resources?
Once someone has completed their check in, our platform instantly identifies which areas of wellbeing they require support with.
They’ll receive My Wellbeing Resources, which is a health and wellbeing report based on their responses. Tailored to their needs, the report provides them with proven techniques for proactively making positive wellbeing changes. Using a wellbeing model designed in collaboration with King’s College London, the reports offer helpful, actionable advice. Content is updated monthly to ensure it’s fresh and remains relevant.
Meanwhile, the organization’s nominated support will receive key data and insights, accessed via their online wellbeing dashboard, allowing them to take action and offer support where it’s needed.
Our platform proactively allocates a tiered response
Proactive AI Support (PAIS)
During a Govox Check In the unique Proactive AI Support (PAIS) system analyses each user's responses and identifies if they are in 1 of 3 categories: Support, Monitor or Maintain.
Based on this, users are immediately presented with the ‘next best step’ action for them:
This user would benefit from “in the moment support” and is given the option to speak to a Govox Mental Health specialist counselor or we can integrate with your existing EAP scheme. These routes remain confidential.
This user is “OK” but would benefit from some light support or indeed, at least a follow up with their line manager or Mental Health First Aid colleague.
This user is fine, but Wellbeing is not a constant, so it is always good to keep a keen focus on it and build up their knowledge and resilience.
