How to control your emotions

We can feel anything from happiness, sadness, fear, anger, surprise, to disgust.  

Sometimes, we don’t give airtime to the most important aspects of our emotions… what our emotions mean and how to control them. 

It can be hard to talk about our emotions, and sometimes we don’t know how to deal with them very well.  

When some emotions are stronger than others, it’s great to learn how to control them, especially if we are angry so here are some ways you could try.
