Professional Support when it is needed
Leaders & managers aren't superhuman, they can’t do everything. When someone in your organisation needs professional support they are given the option to connect with a BACP accredited counsellor, in confidence.
If you already have access to this type of service, for example via EAP, we can integrated with that. If you don’t we simply include the Govox In the Moment Support Line. Giving you comfort that your people are well supported and, criticaly, making use of the support that is available.
